Sky Restaurant 634のシステム不具合によるお問合せメール受信エラーについて

日頃より、Sky Restaurant 634をご利用いただきありがとうございます。

3月下旬から4月24日(月)にかけてシステムの不具合により
お問合せメール(634＠tobuhotel.co.jp)が正常にご利用いただけない状況が発生しておりました。発生から正確な状況の確認に時間を要し、復旧が遅れましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

4月25日(火)に復旧作業が完了し、通常通りご利用いただけます。

不具合の期間中にレストランへお送りいただきましたメールは当方にて確認ができない状況でございます。
レストランより返信が確認できないお客様は大変申し訳ございませんが、改めてお問合せをいただくか、メールを再度お送りいただきますようお願い申し上げます

Inquiry email reception error due to system malfunction of Sky Restaurant 634

Thank you for using Sky Restaurant 634.

Due to a system malfunction from late March to April 24 (Monday)
There was a situation where the inquiry email (634@tobuhotel.co.jp) could not be used normally. We sincerely apologize for the delay in recovery due to the time it took to confirm the exact situation from the time of the outbreak.

Restoration work will be completed on April 25 (Tuesday), and it will be available as usual.

We are unable to confirm the emails sent to the restaurant during the period of the malfunction.
We are very sorry for customers who cannot confirm the reply from the restaurant, but please ask your question or send the email again.
