1.Cancellation Fee
We will charge you cancellation fee from 7 days prior your reservation date in case any cancellation happens.
It will be adapted for minus change of guests’ number and failed to show up the restaurant as well.

2.Restaurant Reservation
No view direction designation is accepted
Please let us know beforehand if you … are allergic to any foods or bringing wheel chairs.
No entry of children under 9 years old at dinner time
Maximum 6 guests per a reservation
We have some celebration options such as message plate and flower bouquet.
Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions
If no available telephone number is given to contact you, we cannot take your reservation
Phone calls with number-withheld are not accepted
3.At the Restaurant…
We accept payments in cash and the most major credit cards.
90 min’ for Lunch time table, and 120 min’ for Dinner time table
’Smoking’ is strictly prohibited in Tokyo SkyTree
No natural flowers inside restaurant
Dress code "Smart casual"
"Smart casual" is our restaurant 's dress code.(No Jeans,Shortpants,sporstwear,sandals)

Tembo Deck entrance ticket (Weekday ￥1,800/per,Weekend&Holidays ￥2,000/per）will be required for all guests.
Dining at Sky Restaurant 634 is by advance reservation only.
We accept reservation and any inquiry via our website or Reception of Restaurant 634 (Musashi) at 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree.
Reservation opens from two months before your desired date.
When you make a reservation, please provide us following information.

*Name, telephone number and e-mail address of the representative.
*No Children entry 9 years old and younger at DINNER time
